Job Description

1. 贯彻公司销售战略，积极拓展和管理所辖区域内渠道中间商的销售业务，对所辖区域销售额负责。
Execute sales strategy by expanding sales revenue of channels; Responsible for sales revenue of assigned sales territory
2. 积极拓展和管理所辖区域内重点口腔医院，通过日常拜访、举办科室推广会、区域推广会，将公司的临床产品推广到医院，提高临床产品的市场占有率。建立导向型医院的收费标准。联系口腔学术界的意见领袖，为医院的医护人员开设讲座、继续教育等工作，以此维护与医院的良好关系。
Develop and manage important dental hospitals; Visit dental hospitals and hold clinic seminars to promote clinic products to dentists and to enhance market share of our products; Establish clinic charge rates at prominent hospitals; Liaise opinion leaders in the field of dentistry and arrange seminars for dentists; Maintain good relations with hospitals.
3. 建立CRM客户资料及档案、搜集市场竞争信息并及时反馈。
Complete account data in CRM system; Collect and feedback marketing information
4. 使用公司报表平台（RP）进行销售数据的统计和分析，完成相关业绩汇报工作。
Analyze sales data by using Reporting Platform and complete work report
5. 积极参加公司召开的销售会议、口腔展会和举办的各类培训。
Attend sales conference, dental exhibition and training courses arranged by the company.

任职资格
Job Qualifications


1. 大专及以上学历，口腔相关专业或市场营销专业。
Above college degree, major in dental related fields or marketing
2. 有2年以上齿科行业相关工作经验。
Above two-year working experience in dental industry
3. 熟悉市场销售工作、了解客户需求和竞争者相关知识
Familiar with sales and marketing and good knowledge of client and competitors
4. 自信、乐观、具有高度的销售激情和自我激励。
Self-confident, optimistic, passionate in sales work and self-motivated
5. 有良好的沟通技巧和说服能力。
Have good communication ability and power of persuasion.
6. 有较强应变能力、具备良好的团队合作精神。
Be resourceful and have a good sense of teamwork.
7. 具有独立的分析问题、解决问题的能力。
Be able to analyze and solve problems independently.
